2. **Condition of Returns**: To be eligible for a return, your purse must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include any tags and accessories that came with the purse.
3. **Non-Refundable Items**: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

5. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. **Refund Processing**: Once we receive your returned purse, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
